Il cofanetto Anthology Collection 12LP include i tre innovativi album “Anthology” della metà degli anni '90, rimasterizzati nel 2025 da Giles Martin, oltre a una nuova compilation, “Anthology 4”.

 

Contenente 191 tracce, gli outtakes in studio, le esibizioni dal vivo, le trasmissioni e le demo della raccolta, questo box rivela lo sviluppo musicale dei Beatles dal 1958 al singolo finale ‘Now And Then’ pubblicato nel 2023.

 

Anthology 4 contiene 13 brani inediti e 17 brani selezionati dalle versioni Super Deluxe di cinque album classici, oltre ad affascinanti outtakes risalenti al periodo compreso tra il 1963 e il 1969 e nuovi mix del 2025 di Jeff Lynne di Free As A Bird e Real Love. Inoltre, Anthology 4 contiene 26 tracce che non sono mai state pubblicate in precedenza su vinile.

 

Stampato su vinile nero da 180 g, ogni album di 3LP è custodito in un gatefold triplo con la copertina originale, con note di Mark Lewisohn e le foto restaurate per le Anthology 1-3; Anthology 4 contiene anche note nuove di zecca scritte da Kevin Howlett, oltre alle foto. La custodia esterna è stampata con le immagini originali del trittico di Klaus Voorman e un'immagine della band con elenco dettagliato dei brani.

 

Questo formato esclusivo contiene 4 cartoline fotografiche di 12” della band, in una busta nera personalizzata e numerata (8500 in totale).
